About
I believe the best communication strategies are rooted in empathy and transparency.
I like to tell stories.
I’m a writer and communications executive who can’t stop thinking about what’s going to happen when folks finally reach their breaking point with the state of the world.
Across two master’s programs, I’ve continuously explored how to connect employees to a company’s strategy and purpose — especially when life outside work feels anything but business as usual.
Presently, I lead the Global Employee Communications editorial team at Cisco, reaching 85,000+ employees across the world. We excel at delivering a trauma-informed communications strategy that is sentiment-based and targeted by attention span for a multigenerational, multinational audience.
Prior to this, I managed employee and executive communications programs at Epson America, Inc. and St. Jude Medical Center, a Providence hospital.
In a previous life, I was a journalist and editor-in-chief of the late, great District Weekly.
Outside of work, you’ll find me enrolling in another grad school program, paddling on the water, or playing Fleetwood Mac records.
